For those that don't know who this is or anything about him. This is Lewis Hamilton.

Where did he start his racing career?

Started age 8
Father worked three jobs to support Lewis in his racing.
Karting Racing Is A Family Sport
Lewis went to the then boss of Formula One McLaren Racing Team Ron Dennis to ask for a job.
The rest is history.

Nigel Mansell

When we first started kart racing at our local track Shenington there was a Mr Mansell who was the scrutineer. His job was to check out the safety of the karts before they were allowed to race. He would check the brakes, steering, tires, safety equipment, gloves,helmet, suits to make sure they were in order. Nothing could come free, everything was tight on the kart. Turned out that Mr Mansell was in fact Nigel Mansell’s father. Nigel Mansell worked his way up from his humble beginings, kart racing to become a Formula One World Champion. Adored by fans all over the world. He left England an raced in the Indy Car series, winning the Indycar title in his first year of racing in America.
